Denis spent numerous years as CEO of one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the Triad prior to forming Speckman Commercial Properties. He has dealt with a wide range of properties including all types of industrial, commercial, retail and office as well as brokering raw land for development.

Offering professional service to clients by assisting sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants with their commercial real estate requirements. A lifetime resident of High Point, High Point University graduate, as well as a civic supporter. Professional memberships include The National Realtors Association, North Carolina Association of Realtors, High Point Regional Association of Realtors and Regional Commercial Alliance. Prior to joining Speckman Commercial Properties, Dan worked in leading economic development organizations in North Carolina and Florida for 38 years. Commercial real estate and economic development are closely related in practice and execution while focusing on identifying and recruiting companies. At Speckman Properties, he specializes in commercial property management. In his leisure time, you will likely find him in his vintage corvette or on the golf course.

As a resident of High Point for most of his life, Thomas has over five years of experience in real estate investing here in the Triad. Before becoming a commercial broker with Speckman Properties, Thomas worked as a mechanical engineer and brings his creative problem-solving skills from the engineering field with him into the business of real estate. He graduated from Davidson College in 2017 with a degree in Physics and a concentration in Economics.

A resident of High Point for close to 40 years, Todd has the local knowledge and contacts to bring business deals together. In addition to his fifteen years in commercial real estate brokerage, he has close to twenty years of residential development and home building under his belt. In his spare time, you will likely find him in the woods or on the water enjoying the outdoors.

A High Point University graduate from Houston Texas, pursuing commercial real estate brokerage on top of attending Georgetown University as a graduate student, studying commercial real estate. Blake is the office manager of Speckman Commercial Properties and assists in the daily activities managing the office. Eager to serve, Blake has assisted in closing 3 deals in his first 2 months as a broker with many more to come.
